<Shades of blue> is an educational campaign that aimed to teach and educate people who are willing to get to know more about depression. Nowadays, more people are under huge stress and deeply unpleasant feelings. Unfortunately, a group of people may develop these negative feelings to a worst-case, depression. Due to the lack of education, people who aren’t familiar with this mental disorder may not consider it as a real illness which is the cause of stigmatization, ignorance, and mistreatment of depression patients. Therefore, I hope this campaign can help the general population have a chance to understand what kind of illness depression is and bring out the awareness of the notion of mental illness to break the stigma.
